I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart in Jul 2010
Interview
I had already been employed, but was promoted to CSM after applying for an opening. The interview consisted of a lot of situational questions, such as "Describe what you would do in this situation". Very basic, generic questions that were easy to answer. I also had to take a test before being interviewed related to leadership skills.
