Called in for the first interview and it was very informal and took place in front of other associates in the back. I immediately had a second interview with an assistant manager who was very laid back and all the questions they ask are pretty basic and ask a lot of previous experience questions. They told me they had to enter all information into a computer to see if they could hire me. A week later or so I was called back to see when I could come in for orientation.
