They only asked me one question, and then they hired me..took a week for background check and then I was giving my orientation day which was on a Monday. Overall it was a pretty straightforward interview just signing a bunch of paperwork and then she asked me the 1 question, that was it.

Give me a time where you went above and beyond for a customer/person
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
