Interview took less than 20 minutes. Manager went over the role of the deli/bakery associate. She then asked about four basic interview questions then she offered the position. The interview was super easy.

Interview
One on one interview with an assistant manager. Half the interview was a question and answer format, the other half was completing a written questionnaire. The total time involved was approximately 30 minutes.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to resolve a conflict with a teammate.
They just handed us availability sheets. It was during a prime covid time so they did not take a significant amount of time asking us questions. It wasn't difficult and I was hired and working within a week of the invitation for an interview.
They called me and just asked if I could tell them about myself and had me list any experience I had, and then they said I had the job. It was a very oddly simple process.
