Smooth and easy, they really listen to you and explain everything to you, you just need to listen and understand the questions and give honest answers, you need to remember that you can change your schedule after you are hired

The interview process was thorough, personable, and very beneficial. A lot of questions were asked and my interviewed allowed me to ask questions to ensure the right fit. Lasted about 1 hour.

I arrived to my interview 15 minutes before and it took about 25-30 minutes. Interview was only 4 questions. Make sure you use the STAR method and should have no problem during the interview process.

Describe a time when you were working with someone who was frequently making mistakes?
1 round interview , basic questions about experience and testing the communication skills. make resume relevant to the keywords in the JD, no background verification required. most probably they hire and retain it for a longer period of time.
