The interview was really a simple process . I'm not sure if they made any changes but you pretty much have the job once you get to that stage of the hiring process.

Process Was Very Long And Unorganized, Waited A Full 2 Weeks Just To Get A Call Back And Then Waited Another Additional Week To Start Orientation Process. Drug Test And Background Check Took Forever.
Applied for the job two days ago. I called HR at every location of Walmart/Sam distribution centers to check my status. if they didn't answer I would leave a message. They called me back with then two days.
I have my interview today so, I am hoping to be get picked for the job.
Prior to the interview, I submit my resume, underwent an online assessment screening, and was contacted after about a week to schedule an in-person interview. The interview process itself was about an hour to complete with a panel of 2 assessors.
