Interview
I was brought into a backroom and interviewed, then asked to take a drug test within 24 hrs. Misheard the lady (English wasn't her first language) so I took it one day late. Never done drugs in my life, but banned from working for Walmart for a year. Ended up in a miserable factory job.

What was a time you had to think on the spot to solve a problem?
The interview process was straightforward and simple. I have yet to experience on boarding, but will update when completed.
Anxious to see what the starting rate is.

Was quick and easy! Showed up for hiring event and got hired on the spot! And started working like a week later. Been a good company so far. Spoke with Kiera. She is very nice and understanding.
Very simple, in person one-on-one with a manager. Told me about Walmart and the role and asked if I was interested. Little to no questions and was over quite fast.
