The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart (Detroit, MI) in Apr 2009
Interview
When I went in for the interview, I didn't know what to expect. It was a panel interview with six of the highest ranking managers. They asked questions about integrity, difficult situations I've come across and my management style. They were very intimidating. They wanted to hear about delegation and teaching and training. If you are prepared for the interview, unlike I was, it shouldn't be too bad.
Interesting and very easy. Was not interested because was looking for more of a challenge and wanted to pursue a career with better growth opportunities. Great company with great benefits however
