Panel interview of two assistant managers and one supervisor. Lots of "how would you handle this?" Type questions. The whole interview took about an hour and was relatively simple and painless. Also the room I had my interview looked very cluttered and disorganized. After my interview they handled me my drug test cup and papers.

You will first be interviewed by a member of hourly management(department manager,support manager). If they feel you are qualified for the position they are hiring for, you will then be asked to participate in a second interview with a member of salaried management( assistant manager, shift manager), usually within 24hrs of the initial interview. If you are selected for employment, you will be given a job offer by a salaried member of management that details your job description, rate of pay, and mandatory drug screening
