Group interview that lasted over two hours. Included a store tour and a lot of waiting in between stages of the interview. Two managers and a lead conducted the interview for a group of six people. Job offers at the end of the interview and you have to go back later to sign the papers

The interview was straightforward received me well. i was then hired after around 3 days of waiting. I would say the hardest part was getting the application through enough times for it to work.
Interview process is pretty chill, especially if you are already a Walmart employee since they are a vendor company. If you have cashier experience elsewhere, it's a major plus. Apply either on official Walmart website or Job portals like LinkedIn or Indeed. Initial HR screening round plus on-site job related questions could be expected.
