Interview
I was already working at Walmart as a Sales Associate, A Department manager position became available and I had alread passed the management assesment, I applied for the position, was interviewed by the Assistant Manager a couple weeks later, and was informed that I had ther position a couple days after that. The whole process was relatively simple.

Tell us about a time where you had to have something done by a specific deadline and the time you had to prepare was shortened , how did you make up for the lack of time to plan and were you succesful?
The process was very easy. Asked basic questions. I’m not sure if they pay much attention to your scheduling needs, however. Just answer honestly, and you will be fine. If you do have any scheduling issues, be sure to tell them so they can adjust your schedule if it suits their needs.
Group interview, with 3 other candidates and 2 interviewers.
Interviewers were friendly, asked behavioral questions, availability and so on.
Also asked about the aspirations and why choosing this company. Also had to describe scenarios and how you handle them.

3 stage interview gradually movie up in seniority levels. Just be a natural changer you’ll do fine. God speed and good luck party people. Thirty words is a bit much for a basic job
