Started with applying online, then I received a call the next day to come in for an interview. The next day I had an interview, and after I passed it I went to the second interview. After I passed the second interview, they gave me a job offer and had me sign a release for a background check and get a drug test.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for excellent customer service. What did you do, and how did the customer respond to it?
If you had a lot of assignments due at the same time, how did you prioritize your assignments to get the work done in a timely manner with the best effort possible? Tell me about the steps you took to get the job done right and on time.
The interview process was straightforward and simple. I have yet to experience on boarding, but will update when completed.
Anxious to see what the starting rate is.
I am supposed to receive an email tomorrow about next steps.
Was quick and easy! Showed up for hiring event and got hired on the spot! And started working like a week later. Been a good company so far. Spoke with Kiera. She is very nice and understanding.
Did not have an actual interview; I just called customer service and asked to be transferred to the hiring manager. She then proceeded to schedule a day for me to go in person. That day the hiring managerjust gave me a schedule and what day i would start
