Panel Interviews using behavioral interview questions. There were 8 store managers or directors present. The interviewers were paired and the potential employees rotated between panels and were interviewed.

Walmart has several competencies they focus on during the interview process. One question asked - describe a challenging situation and tell how I handled it.
Interview process required several interviews. First you interviewed with the store manager typically by phone or by zoom. Then the next interview was with the market manager or member of the market team.

Tell me about an experience when you had to overcome change and adapt to a new work environment.
Fairly streamlined and quick, friendly interviewers made it comfortable, there was no waiting room for the interview but nonetheless it was not a hassle,
They called to inform the position after 3 days
Very long and drawn out process with no compensation discussion until the very end, needs more transparency in my opinion, otherwise fairly painless process overall. Definitely not one to be intimidated about.
