Interview
I went in with a resume, they told me to apply online. YOU NEED to apply online. It is a survey that takes about an hour to complete. I had an interview later that day. The interview was fairly short maybe 10 mins and they wanted to know how you would react to certain situations. A normal job hiring process revolves around 3 interviews with different people but they said I was such an optimal choice for the job that no further interviews were required. After the interview I just needed to give a drug test and background check. The entire process start to finish took about 5 hours from applying to being hired
Phone interview and then asked to come in for in person interview. The hiring manager asked typical interview questions. Why do you want to work here? And asked bout scheduling availability,
There was a lot of questions but overall it went pretty decent. They were your standard interview questions. I am happy with the outcome but maybe I could do better next time.
Solid and very well informative process. It was straightforward and well put together. I really enjoyed the people that I interacted with and ultimately chose another route due to time constraints.
