Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.

They sat me down and had a Supervisor of a department come and ask me a series of questions. After answering the questions I then was told about the job that I got hired for.

The interview process was straightforward and simple. I have yet to experience on boarding, but will update when completed.
