Interview was pretty straightforward and as expected. It consisted of "tell me about yourself" and STAR-based behavioral questions. None of the questions were out of left field. My interview was via Zoom with two managers.

Pre-screen call was straight forward questions getting to know you and your background. Why Walmart, some questions about your ideals and work ethic.
I am awaiting the second phase and will update this post.
Very informative about the company's history and general purpose/direction. They asked questions regarding where I wanted to be in a few years within the company. They also wanted to know if I see myself in more of a leadership role.
