In my case, I got called for an interview during the 3rd shift by an assistant manager. The interview was very laid back. They ask you behavioral questions because of company policy, but they are easy. The assistant manager I spoke to told me about the job, hours, and pay and asked me if I could handle the work.

Tell about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer. How did you handle it and what was the result?
Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.

The interview process was straightforward and simple. I have yet to experience on boarding, but will update when completed.

Was quick and easy! Showed up for hiring event and got hired on the spot! And started working like a week later. Been a good company so far. Spoke with Kiera. She is very nice and understanding.
