Phone and then face to face. Phone interview was very easy and basic, then I was asked to come in for a face to face. The in person interview was fair and balanced. Talked about education and work history and what they want from the ideal candidate. Once you find out what they are looking for just plug in your answers to sell yourself as that "ideal candidate"

The interview process was thorough, personable, and very beneficial. A lot of questions were asked and my interviewed allowed me to ask questions to ensure the right fit. Lasted about 1 hour.

I arrived to my interview 15 minutes before and it took about 25-30 minutes. Interview was only 4 questions. Make sure you use the STAR method and should have no problem during the interview process.

1 round interview , basic questions about experience and testing the communication skills. make resume relevant to the keywords in the JD, no background verification required. most probably they hire and retain it for a longer period of time.
