It was fairly straight forward. You get called for an in person interview and you must answer a series of questions they request of you. Afterward, they say they will let you know their decision and the best times to start working if you get hired.
Automated video interview, answer questions with a prompt. The questions are all basic questions that would typically be asked in a hiring recruiter screen. Didn’t seem very difficult and was very straight forward to complete.
It was pretty standard for the industry. I was asked about my prior experience, current goals, and opportunity for upward mobility at the specific store and at the broader organization.
