Interview
It's usually a panel interview comprise of 10 questions . Some times it can be just on interview or 2 to 3 . Usually 1st one is with Store Mgr , then with the Market team. Interview is not easy bu any means, compitancy based question and dont take more than 2 min for each question. Direct to point, how did u do it and result based answered preferred or how did u solved the issue.

Questions are sinario based, they will ask to give examples, Customer service, Ethics, Judgment , adaptability, Building relationship are some of the examples
Interview process required several interviews. First you interviewed with the store manager typically by phone or by zoom. Then the next interview was with the market manager or member of the market team.

Tell me about an experience when you had to overcome change and adapt to a new work environment.
Fairly streamlined and quick, friendly interviewers made it comfortable, there was no waiting room for the interview but nonetheless it was not a hassle,
They called to inform the position after 3 days
Very long and drawn out process with no compensation discussion until the very end, needs more transparency in my opinion, otherwise fairly painless process overall. Definitely not one to be intimidated about.
