No interview process. I was brought in for an interview and ended up being hired without one on the spot. I filled out paperwork and began that day without speaking to someone in any kind of interview capacity.

Interview
Pretty straightforward, go through activities as a group and basic introduction with a department manager. As well there is a walk through of the store, as well as the back and going through safety procedures.

What would you do in this situation? (customer related)
Simple asked a few questions and was done. Interview was very short lasted 5 to 10 minutes. Great experience for sure! Managers were very welcoming and after I completed the interview a was given an answer within one to two days.
It went quick and easy. The interview was personal and very nice to talk to made answering questions easier.the interview maybe lasted about 15-20 minutes long and we went into great detail about previous roles.
