With the HR representative, very brief, multiple candidates at once. Multiple people are being interviewed in the same room. I can't imagine it being that much different from store to store.

The interview was very brief, with typical freight job questions. Am I comfortable lifting 50 pounds unassisted, do I have prior experience, and so on! Really easygoing.
Very simple interview. Asked very basic questions about basic literacy. Informed that it was a fast environment that came with seasonal conditions with varying temperatures and weather to match the season throughout the year.

It was fairly simple. Asked questions about team building and working together. It is also fairly quick, make sure to understand the team building values. Mine was done in person, Super fast and easy

Describe a time where you have worked together as a team and describe any difficulties that were made and how you overcame them.
Easy process. Very quick and to the point. The interviewer answered all my questions that I had and made sure I understood what the job was. Overall a very organized process.
