Its been so long ago i dont really remember the interview process. But it was a total of 3 different interviews and 3 days. I would say it was just like any other job interview just 3 times as long.
Phone interviews are typically straightforward and easy to manage. The key is being punctual, respectful, and professional throughout the conversation. By maintaining these qualities, you should experience no problems or concerns.
It was during covid, they were hiring anyone that could pass a background check. The "interview" was basically questions like "what shift would you prefer to work" and "do you think you can handle the physical demands of the job"

Very short interview! It was only about 2 questions! I couldn’t believe it! The whole process was very fast! It just took a while for them to contact me for the interview.
