I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Burbank, CA) in Feb 2024
Interview
interview process was very easy. was a group interview with about 10 other people and the hiring manager was asking questions and we all took turns answering. at the end, pretty much everyone got an offer to work
Easy to accomplish and not very difficult. Seemed if you used common sense you’ll be okay. Just be yourself and go in there prepared. Good luck! I didn’t get an offer but I was fine with that.
Fairly easy. Multiple rounds. Just have positive attitude. They’ll do an initial round. And then you meet with 2 other supervisors on 2 different occasions. They just want to make sure you will be friendly to customers and be able to listen and follow directions
The interview was fine but you definitely get the big box store vibe. It was a bit rushed through, I could tell the manager was going through the motions but I also don’t necessarily expect anything more.
