Received a phone call after I applied online. I met with the area Coach and Store Manager at store the next day. We went into a semi-private room where they sat in chairs opposite from me. Very informal style, but they had pen and paper to take notes. It was likely a uniform interview form with set questions and space for their notes and recommendations.

Behavioral questions mainly focusing on your managing skills. It was around 30 mins for the interview. I dressed up formal for the round 1 and got through the round 2

Great interview brief to the point and fair thorough description of the job duties and pay they were up front about the hours what I would be doing and it felt like a overall genuine process

I was answering behavioral questions about resolving associate conflicts and prioritizing tasks. I used the STAR method to demonstrate my leadership style, emphasizing customer service. I really enjoyed the interview
