Easy interview process. They asked a lot about availability. They like for you to keep an open schedule as much as possible. It was not going to work with my school schedule.

applied online. phone call from manager who asks few questions on the phone then invites to irl interview then ask few more questions then phone call few days later to offer job.
Automated video interview, answer questions with a prompt. The questions are all basic questions that would typically be asked in a hiring recruiter screen. Didn’t seem very difficult and was very straight forward to complete.
It was pretty standard for the industry. I was asked about my prior experience, current goals, and opportunity for upward mobility at the specific store and at the broader organization.
