I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (UC Berkeley, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
They called right on time and interview was smooth and easygoing. They asked good questions and they were able to make me feel at ease. One of the things that I liked was they told me who my interviewer was beforehand so I was able to look him up.
In addition, all the questions for the first round were mainly behavioral. They said I moved on and I'm just waiting to schedule a date now.
The interview process included a behavioral screening. Then, the interview process proceeded with a round one interview which was technical-focused, and round two interview which was a combination of technical and behavioral questions.
