The recruiter called at a scheduled time and asked questions about how I would handle various situations and what positions I might be interested in. They also gave me a chance to ask questions.

How would you handle a weather-related closure on a ride?
Interview process was very pleasant and straight forward. The phone interview lasted 30 minutes. I had to provide an experience where I made a negative situation turn into a positive for a guest in my previous job. Also chatted about work history prior, where I went to school, and some insight on my experiences in a safety critical position.
