Interview
We went through various communication scenarios but I was an internal hire. We reviewed my resume from start to finish. We also went over my experience speaking with suppliers. As an external hire you will be asked to use the previous experience you had and how it applies to the Supplier Performance job. There is a very strong emphasis on communication.

Interview
Easy and predictable. Cases are reused among most departments. They tell you not to bring a calculator but bring one just in case. Take your time answering questions; even if you don't know the mathematical answer, walk them through your process so they know you are process-oriented and don't just give up.
