I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Berlin) in Oct 2016
Interview
3 stage process.
1- phone screening. went well, asked a few questions, good experience
2 - skype interview with a codepen test, friendly and helpful
3 - on site interview with two tests, one test with interviewers in the office, another over skype with IT heads from Boston.
Quite a thorough experience and although I didn't get the job it was a very high standard process that I learnt a lot from.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wayfair in May 2018
Interview
An in house recruiter found me and contacted me via LinkedIn and we set up a phone screening interview. He was very professional and everything went well. Next step he wanted to set up a live technical interview for me with a dev manager after they approved my resume etc if they were interested. I received and email they wanted to move forward and asked for my me to replay with days and times I’m open.I replied with my availability. I did not get a response for 2 days with confirmation. Then I received an email from him with cc to new recruiter he said he was leaving the company and she would take care of me but she never contacted me and I never heard back from them at all. After reading other reviews I wasn’t surprised and really lost interest in pursuing any opportunity with Wayfair.
