I had the great fortune of working with an excellent, professional, well-organized, and efficient talent management team member. I applied to this position via Indeed.com, and a couple weeks later heard back, and experienced a smooth set of phone and in-person interviews. First, I spoke with the talent management team member about the details of the position, expectations of the hiring managers, and overall dynamic of the company. Second, I was connected to a phone interview with the hiring managers, who spoke candidly with me about the recent developments of the group and what I could expect from the position, and I was given the opportunity to share my details with them. Third, I discussed my stance on the interview process with the talent management individual, who upon learning of my desire to continue, scheduled me for an in-person interview with the hiring managers and several team members. The in-person interview was very productive--both parties getting a good chance to talk things through and answer questions. Shortly after, an offer was made and I gladly accepted. Though the whole process, the talent management team member was super helpful and sought a lot of feedback from me.
