      Associate IT Support Engineer Interview

      27 Sept 2012
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Boston, MA
      Declined offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in Jun 2012

      Interview

The interview process was rather lengthy. I first had two phone interviews with someone in HR. That was followed up with a phone interview with the Manager. I was then brought in for a face to face interview and met with five different people. For the most part the interview was standard until the end where I was asked a brain teaser, which I of course figured out AFTER the interview. I was taken back by the offer because it was less than I was currently making. The HR recruiter kept on pushing benefits, but I was looking for more money, and had made that clear in our first phone call.
