I got an email invitation from a recruiter a few days after applying online, to schedule a 30 minute phone interview. A couple of days after the phone interview I got another email from her, inviting me to a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager, and she told me to "think of 3-5 good specific examples of a time when you’ve had experience with any of our core competencies: Team Building & Culture, Communication & Persuasion, Innovation & Results, and Critical Thinking." A few days after that interview (which I thought went well), I received an email from a donotreply address informing me that my skills didn't match the role quite as well as some other applicants and they would not be moving forward with my application.
