Interviewed for the Business Associate role for the Category Management team. The process included a first round Skype interview involving a case and then an in-person interview with three separate behavioral, scenario, and case portions. The interviewers are friendly and the entire process is very encouraging!

Phone call from recruiter, asked alot of questions and made me feel comfortable.
Process was easy and i was offered the job in the spot. I love it at Wayfair
I had two rounds of interview, and each round of interview was composed with two part (either one case and one behavior style interview, or two cases interviewed by different people)..... There were both quantitative and qualitative styled questions.

3 interviews on the spot with 3 different managers. General talk about my background and personality, then one interview with the manager of the team including technical interview and at the end another interview with a manager from another team which included hypothetical situations questions.
