30 minute introduction call with internal recruiter, followed by skype interview with cross-functional employer. All handled by an internal recruiter. My personal experience was that the recruiter didn't listen to me when I clearly outlined what I was looking for in my next career move. Overall I felt like the process was quite mechanical (not personal) and it was about filling a role and not about me and whether or not I was the perfect candidate. Ultimately, I decided not to continue to pursue the role.
