The interview process at Wayfair is very straight forward with mostly behavioral questions. The interviewers were friendly and relatable. Be prepared to answer several rounds of questions and meet with a multiple associates.
2 rounds of behavioral interviews and 1 case study, very straight forward and easy conversations with associates in all rounds. HR was really quick in responding to me and answering any questions. All in all a great experience!
