We Create Problems Customer Success Manager CSM interview questions

I had the worst interview experience with this company. The second round was scheduled at 11:45 PM and lasted until 12:15 AM, which is completely unreasonable. The interview was with the CEO, who seemed to consistently join late, indicating a lack of respect for the candidate's time. The role's expectations were extremely unclear and unrealistic. They wanted someone to handle presales, onboarding, demos, client retention, and much more—all for a single position. On top of that, the CEO had a fake accent and asked irrelevant questions about my time zone, even though the position was specifically for the India time zone. It’s a target-based job, and they expect you to already meet these targets in your current role, which is absurd. The recruiter did not even bother to share a job description or any other relevant details before the interview. Overall, it was a highly unprofessional and disappointing experience.
