The interview process at We Planet Earth was straightforward and friendly. It started with a phone screen where they asked about my previous experience and why I wanted to work with the company. This was followed by an in-person interview with the team leader. They focused on my sales experience, how I handle rejection, and my passion for the charity’s mission. Overall, it was a positive and engaging experience, and I felt comfortable throughout.
