I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at WeWork (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2017
Interview
Two phone interviews and one in person interview. I was disappointed by communication and organization throughout the process. I had to follow up multiple times with my recruiter to get simple answers throughout the process, and felt that the recruiter would have surely forgot to reply had I not followed up. Interviewers were late to meetings. After three interviews (including the one in-person) over a span of about 4-5 weeks, plus a conversation with a separate WeWork recruiter about another opportunity, within the company, I got a templated rejection letter for the Community Manager position. Very poor optics, in my opinion.
Very professional and relevant to the job. Respect my time. Had one interview. Got the answers fast. Kept in touch though the entire process. Explained the role as needed and answered all
My questions.
Initial fielding call with the talent agent, followed by three separate follow-up interviews with various levels of management and concluding with a final comprehensive interview conducted by the local on-site team.
The interview process is very long and time taking and it takes about 2-3 months to get completed. They have about 5-7 interview rounds hierarchy wise starting from the direct manager or colleague to the top management
