I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at WeWork (New York, NY) in Feb 2017
Interview
The one thing I'll say is that everyone I spoke with was super nice, smart and seemed really passionate about their jobs. However, the entire process really made me feel like my time wasn't valued. I had several interviews canceled or rescheduled at last minute, HR personnel not responding for weeks at a time and then asking me to come in the next day. At one point I was asked to complete an assignment before a series of interviews scheduled for the next day - I was given no previous notice that an assignment would be coming and asked to complete and email it back within ~16 hours. I cancelled my plans and worked on the assignment and then the next day, I was left just sitting, waiting for a full half hour before I was told the next few interviews were canceled. I've interviewed successfully at FB and Linkedin and really appreciated that they appreciate my time.
