I've sent a resume and got a call from the hiring manager. We had an interesting meeting the following week. After the interview, he recommended me for the further process to talk with WeWork Director from London. The role and challenges have been great on the paper. But since then, the mess started.
I had a scheduled meeting - time and location changed twice, with HR only included over emails. After a sent case with business ideas (no feedback) and second - really decent interview (the person interview admitted he has no idea about next steps), there was no more contact. I've sent thank you email with a question on the next steps, personal message to the hiring manager and after few weeks - a really nice thank you note (for all - HM, Director/ HR) that with no feedback received I'm withdrawing from the interview process.
Guess - NO ANSWER. I mean many things can happen. But I don't need to be a great fit to get the feedback. Especially with a company such big as WeWork plus this level of position - there are some minimum standards you hope to get. And so you don't.
