They approached me on LinkedIn for a position in the Americas. There was a 30-min phone screening from the recruiter followed by several 30-45 minutes interviews with a peer, an HR VP , the hiring manager and the COO. The whole process was transparent, quick and professional. I was not offered the role but the recruiter informed me via phone rather than email and we had a good conversation including feedback. For this role, there was no testing and there were no references required.
