Interview
After passing an initial phone screening they'll bring you in for an in-person interview with 4-5 people.
For entry-level positions they're mainly looking for cultural fit so don't worry if you don't have a deep skill-set.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WebMetro (California) (San Dimas, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
Interviewed with three people - department director, a potential supervisor and a potential co-worker. All three interviewers were friendly and asked the usual questions regarding basic skills, knowledge of strategies as well as some behavioral questions.
Despite sending thank you emails as well as follow up emails to the interviewers, I received no response regarding their final decision or thank you for taking the time to come in and interview. Not sending simple emails to say that they went with another candidate comes across as very unprofessional.

Interview
I found this position through Craigslist. I interviewed with the director of my prospective department. It was very relaxed, chatting my way through my resume and employment history. I was asked to produce a writing sample to gauge my skill and fit for the position. There weren't resources to hire me outright, so I kept in contact and wasn't hired until 4 months later on a part-time basis.
