I was invited to the company's officer in Giv'atayim for a series of interviews. The first was a technical one, including a written SQL language test, and a face-to-face test. The second was an in-office coding test, in PHP with the Phalcon framework.
Overall the questions were not difficult, but did require serious practical understanding of the subject (back-end in a PHP-based stack). I was impressed by the professionalism of the interviewer and the speed at which everything was conducted. The offices were also nice, and the people and atmosphere friendly.
Ultimately I rejected the offer because I decided not to go to a non-software company with a small software team. It was also a bit annoying that they tried to offer low compensation at first, and it took some negotiation to raise this number to a level acceptable to me.
