I applied through other source. I interviewed at Wellfit (TX) (Irving, TX) in Jan 2026
Interview
Had an initial non-technical talk about the position with a member of their hiring staff, followed by a technical assessment covering the skills I needed for the position and that I claimed I had on my resumé. Then technical interviews with architects and the head of development. Last interview was with the CTO.

Question 1
I was asked to describe a project I've worked on in the past, that presented a technical challenge, and how I overcame that challenge.
I applied online. I interviewed at Wellfit (TX) (Irving, TX) in Nov 2025
Interview
I applied for a position through various sources and was contacted by a recruiter for an initial screening. He then provided me with two coding assessments, which took a total of two hours to complete. I achieved an 89% score in both frontend and backend technologies. After submitting my coding interview, I informed the recruiter, who mentioned that my performance would be reviewed by a developer. However, the very next day, I received an email from him stating that I would not be moving forward in the process. It seems like they are searching for a "unicorn" who can do everything. This entire process took two weeks, and I'm left questioning whether they even reviewed the coding assessments at all.

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wellfit (TX) (Irving, TX) in Jun 2025
Interview
The interview process was smooth, timely, and communicated clearly at every stage. After an initial recruiter outreach, I had a relaxed “virtual coffee” with the internal recruiting manager to discuss my background and the role. I then moved to an in person interview at the Las Colinas office with the accounting manager and VP of Accounting, who accommodated my scheduling constraints and asked a balanced mix of technical and behavioral questions.
From there, I interviewed with the CFO, focusing mainly on technical topics, and was told I’d hear back once the team aligned. A few days later, I received both a verbal and written offer. The team encouraged questions about compensation and benefits, and the entire process felt genuinely supportive and professional.
From first contact to my start date, the timeline was about a month; mostly due to my own scheduling needs, which the company gladly worked around. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to join.
