Was contacted by the sales manager and asked to come in for an interview. Interview went very well and was shown all the next steps in the process, typical things. She arranged a time for a second interview and I left. When I went online to fill out the pre employment things included were a standard personality test and a timed IQ test. I took both and was told I didn't score high enough and she cancelled the second interview. This kind of baffled me though, I've had a psychologist test my IQ before and I know that it is around 128, nothing magical but certainly enough for an entry level sales position. I know I performed as well as can be expected on the testing but its something you should be aware of.

I got cold called a day after applying, got directed to fill out a logic quiz, then they never responded, not even to reject my application. Despite being a university graduate, the interviewer had lots of questions about what I did in high school.
