I completed an online assessment and was approved for an in person interview with a Staff Manager. About a week later, I was asked to come back for an offer.

It was a multi step process.
Requires resume, background check, as well as drug screening.
They don't hire smokers, is what I was told.

Interview process is a composed of multiple meetings. Each one they ask you pretty much the same questions to gauge your experience. They also make you take a drug taste
