Recruiting officer contacted me after seeing my resume on Monster.com - Interviewed with the District Sales Manager and was offered the position. Training (Bootcamp) in Cincinnati, Ohio shortly after hired.

Was asked why I thought Western & Southern was a good fit for me ~
Very smooth. They simply explain to you the pay scale and how work goes. The ask you if you've ever worked in sales and try to see if you're open to selling to family and friends as well.

Interview
Phone interview and then a in person interview at their office. They did the STAR method when asking questions. Theses can be difficult if you do not prepare for them.
The hiring and interview process was not difficult. There are several questions that you are asked to determine if you are a good fit for the company. It costs them money to hire and they want to make sure they are getting the right person. They may ask you about a sales background or something of that nature.
