I was sent a project to complete, submitted, and heard back approximately 4 hours later to schedule an interview with the hiring manager and team. I had a video call as a first interview, and everyone was friendly and fun to talk to, and I left feeling informed about the position and company. I had a second interview with the CEO, discussing more culture fit and goal-oriented questions. This was a fun, friendly interview and I left again feeling informed about the company. Overall I felt the interview process was refreshing. It moved along quickly, with great communication, and I didn't have a single poor experience throughout. I'm excited to start!
