I had a phone screening/interview with the Project Manager or Program Directo, he was nice, asked several questions relevant to the position and showed a neutral reaction during the entire interview. After a couple of weeks, he sent an email giving the thanks for applying for the position and mentioning that other candidates were chosen for an in-person interview and continue in the hiring process.
